Our training courses can be given in French or in English.

We favor face-to-face formats within the organization, even if we are able to adapt to other formats (MOOCs, videos, remote or even asynchronous interventions).

We design our training programs around interactive discussions, games, questions and answers, case studies, group work, with the constant concern to position learners as the key actors of their training.

We can also work in short formats, including individualized (coaching format) for top managers or members of the Board of Directors or in an “awareness conference” format
